Office Hours are 8:45am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours we do have a voicemail facility.
We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible and normally within 5 working days of your order. If for any reason we are out of stock of any item we will notify you by e-mail and/or telephone and advise you when the item will be back in stock.
Next Working Day Delivery is available at a charge of £2.99 +VAT (when ordered before 4pm). All displayed prices include free standard shipping to UK mainland addresses (excluding offshore locations and some Highland post codes).
The Next Working Day service is applicable to England and Wales only. Any deliveries made to Scotland will be at the same rate, however, it can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Should you require further information or clarification on this matter, please contact us prior to placing an order.
All delivery times are estimates only. While these times are entered into in good faith, as we use third party carriers they cannot be guaranteed. Tarpaulins To Go cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of items.

The above delivery rates are applicable to the UK Mainland only but exclude Highlands locations; please enquire for rates to other zones. Please note: these rates are applicable on single-parcel consignments only, weighing no more than 30kgs. In the event of insufficient carriage being paid, we will contact you.
We use third party carriers to deliver on our behalf. Currently we use DPD, City Link and Hermes, with any deliveries large enough to be despatched on a pallet going with Parsons. All our carriers require a signature on delivery; if nobody is in at the time of delivery our carriers will try to deliver to a neighbour, but otherwise will not leave the goods unless authorised. Therefore if you are likely to be out please leave delivery instructions when you order. The general delivery times for our carriers is 7-30am to 5-30pm.
If our carriers cannot successfully deliver the goods to you a card will be left. A second attempt will then automatically be made on the following working day, however if this is again unsuccessful, the goods will held for collection from your local depot. A third and final delivery attempt can be arranged, but this will be chargeable at the original carriage rate. Our carriers will not leave goods safely unless authorised to do so; therefore if nobody will be at the address to sign for the goods, please advise of a safe place for the items to be left. Delivery addresses can be amended, but again this will be chargeable at the original carriage rate.
As we use third party carriers we cannot be held responsible for any delays or non delivery of the products ordered; all delivery dates are entered into in good faith but are estimates only. We recommend that no no work is undertaken before your order has been delivered.
Delivery rates to Europe are available, on the basis of a single parcel weighing no more than 30kgs that does not exceed 100cm x 60cm x 70cm. Parcels will be sent with DPD couriers. Rates are arvailable through our shopping cart as follows:

Cut Off Time
Our deadline for placing an order for Next Day Delivery is 4pm. After this time if you require an urgent Next Day delivery, please call our sales office on 01409 221192 where we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
All orders placed after 4pm will be classified as being received on the following working day. For example, an order placed after 4pm on Friday will then be classified as a Monday order. All orders placed before 4pm will be processed that working day and depending on the shipping service you selected will be delivered within the time frame stipulated.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, these include; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro/Solo, & Delta. Payments via credit and debit cards are placed through our secure payment service provider Sage Pay. We also accept payment via PayPal Express Checkout.
If you are a limited company please contact our sales office where we would be happy to discuss account facilities with you. We can also accept purchase orders for Local Authorities and Schools. Please contact us for more details.
All given product sizes are nominal sizes. Our tarpaulins are cut sizes so expect the finished size of each tarpaulin to be approximately 20-30cms smaller than that specified.

Returns & Exchanges
All our products are guaranteed to be free from any defect at the time of purchase. If any item is found to be faulty we will refund or replace the product without charge.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any goods purchased or have changed your mind about the purchase, please inform us in writing (fax or e-mail is ok) within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange for their return. All goods should be sent to:

Please ensure that your name, contact details and reason for return is sent on a covering note with the goods. Once we have received the goods we will either refund you or offer you a replacement. The goods must be sent to us unused and, wherever possible, in the original packaging. You should ensure there is sufficient outer packaging of the product to ensure safe and secure transit of the goods back to us as the returned product must be as 'new' and in a resaleable condition.
Please note original carriage costs will only be refunded if the goods are faulty or differ from what was advertised.
Returned parcels remain the responsibility of the sender until safely received by us. Tarpaulins To Go do not pay return carriage costs unless the goods are faulty or differ from what was advertised.
If you would like us to organise for goods to be returned please contact us to arrange this. Our courier collection for returned items starts at a cost of £10.00 +VAT. Prices then vary according to the number of parcels being collected. The return carriage costs will be deducted from any refund due.
